LARGE BORE FLOAT VALVE
The Large Bore Float Valve is specifically engineered to meet customer requriements where darts and activation balls with large outer diamater cannot pass standard API float valves. In such cases the Large Bore Float Valve would be placed above the wellbore equipment in order to prevent back-flow into the string.
The Large Bore Float Valve also offers optimum performance and reliability for jobs that requre high flow and erosion resistance. The valve opens fully to provide a completely unrestricted bore through the valve.
Engineered with large bore and as a complete flush sub.
Full strength sub
Well Control
High reliability and high performance
The float valve can be delivered with Tungsten carbide coating on flapper face on request.

The blades are dressed with Tungsten Carbide inserts to hold close OD.
Tolerance and Crushed Tungsten Carbide on the side of the blade and the front to remove scale and cement.
Recessed ceramic nozzles, lined up with the blades, ensures a continuous and effective flow for removal of debris.
